Rx2BFIT Reviews — Understanding Program Terms

Which program terms should I check before paying?

Read the commitment, not just the price

A health program can involve a one-time consultation, a series of visits, products, or continuing monitoring. Ask the office to identify precisely what payment reserves or purchases and when each part is delivered. Confirm expiration dates, whether unused appointments carry over, and whether the amount renews automatically. The current public new-patient page describes a process, but it does not supply contract terms for an individual proposal.

Ask for cancellation and rescheduling deadlines before committing. If an appointment must be changed because a clinician recommends a different plan, find out how any prepaid amount is handled. Keep copies of the estimate, consent documents, receipts, and the version of terms you agreed to; verbal summaries can leave important exceptions unclear.

Separate clinical from commercial decisions

You may agree that an assessment is useful while still needing time to review a package or payment arrangement. Ask whether clinical records and recommendations can be provided without immediately purchasing the proposed program. If a product or medicine is included, ask how supply, replacement, and discontinued use are treated in the agreement.

If a term is ambiguous, request a plain-language explanation in writing. Do not assume that a general “free assessment” statement covers testing, subsequent consultations, or a full program. The relevant question is what the current written offer promises to you.

Before signing, ask for the exact document that governs changes made for clinical reasons. A treatment plan may evolve after assessment, so payment terms should explain what happens when the service originally discussed is no longer recommended.
